The specific scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate agreement or project proposal.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Techtaru Digital and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon project completion and full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, and feedback required for project completion. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines. Clients must ensure they have the right to use any content they provide to us.
Project fees, payment schedules, and terms are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, projects typically require an advance payment before commencement, with milestone payments as work progresses.
We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to client feedback delays, scope changes, and third-party dependencies. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.
Techtaru Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We do not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable. Termination terms for specific projects are defined in the project agreement.
